The only thing that kept this rating from a 10 was that the truck had to be returned because the bolt on the door was not tightened. Just a minor correction from something overlooked. The customer service was top notch from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone.

The repairs took several weeks longer than expected. Matt sent a second, higher quote to our insurance company without notifying us. The ladies that answer the phone were spectacular, though.
