Matt's updates throughout the process gave me confidence that my repair was actively being managed. This communication made all the difference when it took three tries to find a good quality replacement door for my older model Sprinter van. The front desk was surprisingly proactive in helping secure a hard to find 12 passenger van for my family of 11. This included extensions of time when needed and handling my rental vehicle's return for me. Detailing and finishing touches were professionally handled. I am a hard to please 20 year auto insurance agent and I will certainly refer Morrow Collision to friends and customers.

Entire process was easy and smooth. They kept in contact with me throughout the week to update me on the progress on my vehicle with personal phone calls and emails..
