From the receptionist at my initial visit I was approached by a friendly staff that knew exactly what they were doing. The adjuster that viewed my car was great, knew what to look for and and presented a quote that was acceptiable and within reason.

The car looks great, they just need to work on communicating progress better. Emails with pictures of progress would be really neat.
