Service person didn't know Illinois Law for the front plate

repair does look good and so does my truck for the most part. they left mud in my exhaust and break dust still on my rims after cleaning it. but the biggest issue is not putting a front plate bracket on and putting my plate on which is Illinois Law. the service person said it didn't have 1 on when it came in. yes of course it didn't the front was damaged. over all I will not be back to Morton Colision if I ever get in an accident again
