Didn't at all agree with the procedure of how to figure out exactly what is damaged on the vehicle.

First off, I don't understand why my vehicle wasn't thoroughly inspected to understand exactly what all was damaged and needed replaced? They waited to get the first round of parts in before they started tearing it down only to find out that it needed some other major parts $3700.00 + worth! (Radiator, AC condenser, & fan assembly.) I've been affiliated with auto parts and body shops for probably 32 years so I know for a fact that you're supposed to know for sure upfront, what all the parts are that you need before you order any! I am very let down. Also it took way too long to repair.....5 weeks! It took so long mainly because they didn't examine it completely before making the estimate!

Blain handle my car repair. He was friendly and efficient and was professional. He handle my husband car repair about a year a go and we had an excellent experience dealing with plain a year ago that is why we came back . didn't fix anything estimate was way over the rate to fix it and totaled it just wish I was told cause I spent extra 500.00 on front end parts and now stuck with them

Body work was excellent. Not satisfied with fact that normally when vehicles brought in for collision they get a full detailing inside. Mine was not I give a 4 on rating. Driver side missed a spot while waxing. This time doing my detailing of vehicle after repairs was not satisfactory Im highly disappointed. I notified my State Farm agent and he said that's normally apart of the package deal andif added they pay the service.

Im was fine with guys I dealt with but the one lady with all the tattoos who checked me out. I told her I had GM reward points she never used them along with my coupon to save me money. She was not professional. Honestly she should wear sleeves to keep her tattoos covered it's very unprofessional and customers do frawn upon them.

After 2 months of the body shop having my truck, I now have 4 new issues with my truck that were not issues before dropping it off to you. My passenger side rear tire will not hold air, and when I try to put air in it, it loses even more air. This was not an issue before dropping it off to you. when you guys fix my windshield and replaced the part in my hood, you must have detached one of my headlights, one of my low beam lights won’t work now. Was not an issue before dropping it off to you. Third, inside of the truck cab there is now some kind of loud rattling that was definitely not there before dropping it off to you. Lastly, my brakes were not like this before dropping it off to you either. My brakes worked just fine. Now when I hit my brakes, the whole truck shakes back-and-forth and wobbles, as if you removed the entire brake pad and just replaced the rotors and calipers bear metal on metal. These four issues were not issues until you did whatever you did to my truck. I am very unhappy. I would’ve been better off leaving my truck wrecked instead of having you work on it and cause even more problems.
