After 2 months of the body shop having my truck, I now have 4 new issues with my truck that were not issues before dropping it off to you. My passenger side rear tire will not hold air, and when I try to put air in it, it loses even more air. This was not an issue before dropping it off to you. when you guys fix my windshield and replaced the part in my hood, you must have detached one of my headlights, one of my low beam lights won’t work now. Was not an issue before dropping it off to you. Third, inside of the truck cab there is now some kind of loud rattling that was definitely not there before dropping it off to you. Lastly, my brakes were not like this before dropping it off to you either. My brakes worked just fine. Now when I hit my brakes, the whole truck shakes back-and-forth and wobbles, as if you removed the entire brake pad and just replaced the rotors and calipers bear metal on metal. These four issues were not issues until you did whatever you did to my truck. I am very unhappy. I would’ve been better off leaving my truck wrecked instead of having you work on it and cause even more problems.

I have to take it back tomorrow which is a 100 mile drive. The mirror is loose and needs tightened...also I just notice that the line where the door and the panel meet is off...the door is inset too much and it is very noticeable that work was done

At first there were some things that were looked over and not done and then our property was damaged, but they may good on it and fix it to where it looked brand new and completed what they needed to fix and so yes, we’re very satisfied. Thanks to Cody in the body shop.
