If my vehicle was completed as promised with the issues we spoke about I would have a much higher rating but I was disappointed that I had to point out the issues with my vehicle and then after bringing the vehicle back all the issues still weren’t addressed.

I was not that pleased with the service. When I picked the car up the hood and front bumper had impurities in the paint where it wasn’t sanded down and buffed. After I brought it to the attention of the Manager he told me to bring the car back and they would take care of it and he apologized. When I took the car back and went back to pick it up, the hood looked great but they left the front bumper the same they didn’t do anything to it. The impurities were still there. Something the Manager should have checked out before giving me the car back. Instead of taking the car back again to get them to do the bumper I just chose to deal with it and keep the vehicle as is to keep from being inconvenienced with not having a vehicle. The Manager never called to find out whether I was satisfied or not.
