Quality of repair and courtesy/kindness of the staff was superb. But, communication could have been better. The time length ended up costing me several hundred dollars additional out of pocket that I could possibly have avoided if my calls had been returned.

It too two months to get it in for repairs and the 14 business days for a 2-3 day job. I'm not likely to recommend based on this. Quality of work was good but it took always too long.

The car repair seems to be great except they damaged my passenger seat when fixing my car

The front desk was great. Noah seemed nice but Pete often made promises he didn’t keep. He would say he would check on something and call me back and I would have to call him. After the initial estimate. I was told that I would get a call in a few days to have my car brought in. After two weeks of not hearing from anyone, I had to call them myself.
