I called and you folks scheduled me for two weeks later but when I called two weeks later you had no record of that conversation so I had to reschedule for two weeks later. Simply replacing a mirror and painting small scratches took over a week when I was told it would be a quick job. The work is fine and I appreciate the car wash and cleaning.

The car came back in great condition and I'm glad they worked well with my insurance. The only thing I really recommend is to add weekend hours, as it was really difficult for me to take time off work to pick up the car.

Excellent service personable staff, considerate, and very professional. This is the 2nd time in less than a year, but as good as Mossy is I'm not looking to come back any time soon.
