Quality of work sufficient; however when I booked, they quoted 7days and it took over 2 weeks. Also, I asked them to return some parts to me which I was told I was entitled to. They forgot and refused to provide any compensation

I brought the car in to get the bumper replaced as it was obvious since it was connected by cable ties and the fender gets replaced. Why didn't anyone call to ask about that. I didn't need a new fender. NJM will contact you and I will be bringing it back in.
