Kept car for 23 days for a repair that was allegedly supposed to take 5 days. Drop off Monday and pick up Friday. This was after I came in with my truck twice to give them adequate time to look at what was needed. In addition, I brought in the truck about three weeks after as they were booked far out. This gave them more than enough time to get the right pieces needed, if any. They claimed the fender dent could not be repaired. Refer to photos of my dent and you will see how ridiculous 23 days is. In the past, I have had a car nearly totaled be given back in new shape in less time. They were nice and not rude. But the lies in why things were delayed was not called for. Tell me you didn’t start on the fender instead of telling me multiple separate lies as to the rationale of the delays. It’s a 22 ford pick up with parts readily available not a historic car with rare parts. I tried giving a local business a try, I will defer to bigger companies next time any work is needed. Sad. Would not recommend this body shop.

They emailed at first with a completion date. The truck was not ready that day and they never commincated after that. We had to call for any updates.
