Motor Inn is the preferred body shop through my insurance. They were suppose to give me a guaranteed repair date (did not get) was suppose to have my car detailed (did not do) and the wiring was done wrong which made my a/c not work. Had to bring back 3 days later (today)... NOT happy. I also had to call for updates..

Cletus was so good at getting my car worked i i the schedule.. even saw that my car was serviced while it was there… the loaner car that i drive was nice and easy for me to get used to!! I even had. coupon laying on the seat of my car.. and it was redeemed ok!! Great experience!!!
