There was small scratch that I had not remembered being on the car prior to the accident that I feel could have been addressed. I think they assumed it was there prior to the accident and so did not.

You were able to get my car in immediately and called me to pick up, work was completed minus two small parts that are on back order but my car is fine to drive and Bob wanted me to have my car back. He said when the parts come in it will only take 15 minutes to complete. Would recommend your services to others and my State Farm insurance did a great job in referring me.
