Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. MS AUTO has been very helpful, very courteous, professionally competent and thorough in their service of my Subaru 2022 Outback. The overall cost was reasonable and fair. This company is so awesome!! The staff was very courteous and professional. They made me feel at ease from the first phone conversation. I didn’t have to worry about anything or have to keep calling them for updates on my claim.I got all my updates on my phone through text messaging which I loved. They explained the process with the claim and the time frame of receiving parts and time frame with doing the repairs. They communicated with the rental car company and was picked up promptly by enterprise after signing papers for my claim. On the day my repairs was done, I had no one to drop off the rental car. The staff reassured me and told me not to worry that they would take care of it. I was impressed with this company and will recommend them to friends and anyone who needs work down on their cars. Mahalo for a job well done❤️❤️

The staff was awesome and explained the whole process of the claim and the time expectation of repairing the car from start to finish. They communicated with Enterprise rental car who was there to pick me up promptly with no waiting. On the day my car was to be picked up, the staff went out of their way and returned the rental car for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was told to bring the car in so we could set up the repair. I brought the car in and then was told i had to make an appointment to have them take pictures for the estimate. I had to then make another trip.
