We specialize in collision repairs, suspension repair & replacements including wheel alignments. Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. MS Auto has an excellent reputation and Matthew and the rest of the team did not disappoint! I'm not mechanically inclined when it comes to cars, so I appreciated the care they take to explain the process so I knew what to expect and I also liked the text updates. They even took care of returning my Enterprise rental car for me! Mahalo MS Auto!!!

I had to call to find out that my car was going to take longer to finish. When I picked up the vehicle the rep said that he tried to contact me to let me know that my back tire had 3 nails in it. I didn't receive any missed call or message concerning this and my vehicle had no tire pressure issues when I dropped it off to the auto shop. As I left the psi of my back right tire was 16, so they didn't even do the courtesy of topping me off with air before letting me drive off. I had to go straight to lex brodies for the tire replacement. I had to pay the difference of a rental of $17 a day from 5/23 to 6/11 because they kept pushing my pick up day back. Next time you folks should only schedule after all the parts are in. Extremely disappointed this time and I won't be going back for future repairs.
