We specialize in collision repairs, suspension repair & replacements including wheel alignments. Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. The work was done extremely well and almost completely on time. The communication was great at first, but then it fell off at the end, when it really mattered. Overall, it was a good experience and the car is back to its original condition!

My car ran perfectly fine before I dropped it off to be repaired and I have to jump start it almost everytime i try to fo anywhere. In fact the day I picked it up one of your workers had to jump me before I could even leave your parking lot. It's unsafr.for me to go anywhere cause I never know if my car is going to start or not.

Before I took my car into your shop, it used to start perfectly fine but now I have to get a jump almost every time I try to leave. In fact, one of your workers had to jump me so I could leave your parking lot so I don't feel safe going anywhere because I just don't know if my car will start or not.

It's no wonder my insurance agent refers 100% of his clients to MS Auto. The business owner and his team provided exemplary service at every turn. I've heard the owner, Junior, train his staff on how to best serve their customers and they all use the knowledge he shares. He and Derek helped me through a very challenging claim. They went above and beyond to help me, even with outside vendors who could definitely use MS' service training! MS Auto should be your first and only choice when your vehicle needs body work, suspension repair, or wheel alignment. Don't forget to thank Junior for his service to our country, too!
