We specialize in collision repairs, suspension repair & replacements including wheel alignments. Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. MS Auto was amazing! Professional; communicative and timely! In fact they finished earlier than anticipated! Met the owner with whom you could see that he sets a high standard of customer service and satisfaction and they delivered and more! I recommend them highly and will take my vehicles to only them in the future. This was my first experience with working with them and they returned my car fully repaired and cleaner than I brought it in! And, they fully explained what they were doing and why đđœ!

for the admin side, Communication wasnât regular. I was in the middle of having my windshield replaced by a separate company, when I turned in my car for scratch repairs. So my front sensors were not working due to needing to wait for the proper glass for my car to come in. They saw it, I informed them at drop off. When I came in to pick up my car, after two weeks, they wouldnât release my car to me because of the sensor, which I told them again, I have another company working on it. I Ended up having to rent another car for another 24 hrs because the owner refused to give my car back and I had important appointments to get to the next day. I told them I have no funds for that, and I want my car, especially since My car was ready and done. If I was informed of the problem earlier. I could have contacted insurance and other companies sooner so that the problem could have been solved sooner or at least on time. . I am a single parent with one car. Holding onto my car isnât an option.
