We specialize in collision repairs, suspension repair & replacements including wheel alignments. Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. Well upon picking up Nice staff they took time to look over my car and clean up some things, as I drove home noticed my right blinker wasn’t working and that’s the side of the vehicle they worked on. It’s all good I’ll see what and why not working . Mahalo MSA god bless the team

My battery was not connected tightly my car died out after picking it up My blinker light on the right side was not and my break light on the driver side was working as I got home and noticed. Dirty inside hand prints everywhere. Tape left under my car. My door inside has all tape sticky stuff stuck to it . Over spray over my car My passenger tier goes flat I don’t know what they did to my car and now my rear end is making noise and that never happened. Train your workers to be more mind full If they take apart and put things back Found my back seat not bolted back down I have to figure out screws and how to put that back. Body work well what can I say this is the 2nd time I took my car to you folks and 2nd time more issues then the first time you folks burnt my carpet from welding and yes I had over spray and dirty car. All good mahalo

MAHAAAALO- Work was top notch and I could not be happier! They were communicative throughout the process with updates and completion date. MS Auto even called the rental car and planned a ride for me! Will definitely be referring them for EVA!

Everyone was kind which is important when dealing with damage from accidents (no matter who is at fault). When I got my car back I noticed a loud noise coming from under my car. I spoke to the owner and informed him of the matter. Problem is I’ve been without my car for a long time and used all my rental credits from HPD already and I don’t have any way at the moment to take my car in because I work same hours as your business hours and I can’t get me another rental. If there’s a solution to this please advise asap. I’m in a dilemma with this issue. Thank you

Same day I got my car back I heard loud noises under my car. Spoke to owner he’s aware. Dilemma is I need my car I have no second vehicle or any way of taking my car in to get it checked and if it has to be held with you guys again I have to go back to work. Arrived early at the drop location. The first worker gentlemen who arrived quickly acknowledged me, let me in early and started the process right away. This was huge as I was heading to work right after. That was was a great first impression.
