I did only just get my car back from repairs a few days ago, so far it’s fine-the lead mechanic was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and kind. Due to this rear-end accident and the type of car, the shop had to order repair parts internationally-and the shop always made sure I was updated/contacted if/when there was an extension on completion date. I appreciated all the professionalism, courtesy and communication they gave throughout

Chad was awesome . Explained everything from start to finish. Repairs were done in a timely manner and I would like to appreciate Chad and the team for cleaning the INSIDE of my truck and detailing the outside also, even though it wasn’t necessary. It was greatly appreciated. Aunty who answered the phone more than a couple times when I had questions was very nice and efficient. MS Autobody , mahalo you. Right on!

While I was ultimately satisfied with the quality of the repair itself, I was disappointed with the communication throughout the process. There were multiple delays, limited updates, and several instances where I was unable to reach anyone by phone or receive responses to emails. In particular, I was not informed in advance when the repair timeline changed, which resulted in unexpected rental expenses and difficulty coordinating transportation. The repair quality was good, and I appreciate the work completed on the vehicle. However, clearer and more timely communication would have greatly improved the overall experience.

From the very beginning the staff at MS Auto was very courteous and helpful in accommodating our needs. The estimate for the damages to our vehicle was quickly completed and submitted to our insurance carrier, resulting in the parts being ordered and the repairs scheduled within a matter of a couple of weeks. Once our vehicle was brought into the shop for repairs, we received continuous updates on the progress of the repairs and estimated completion; with the repairs being completed a day ahead of the estimated date. The staff at MS Auto did an excellent job in repairing the damages to our vehicle, resulting in the vehicle looking as good as new. I would definitelly recommend MS Auto to anyone looking to have their vehicle repaired, they have an execellent team. Mahalo MS Auto!
