Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. The people at MS are a pleasure to talk to. My only gripe was I had no idea what was going on with my car outside of the sparse texts I’d get from car wise. That could simply be a me thing though

Great service! Just a few things I need to address. I have clear coat over spray on my outside mirrors, when they sprayed my tires to look nice the bumpers above had spots all over when they should have sprayed those too to make them look nice, there is a dent above my gas up area and scratch that was never there before as I am very meticulous and would know so I have to address this. Also, my truck was due for an oil change service just a few days before my accident. I was kinda disappointed that they had my vehicle for 6 weeks and couldn’t just call and day your vehicle needs an oil change and we could do this as we appreciate your business. This was a $23000 job when it was first quoted as $18000 and I think it would have been nice for them to do as a courtesy, it’s like $200 at the most.

I already commented on everything they didn’t provide a courtesy oil change when my light went on 2 days before the accident, they could have called and said would you like for us to change the oil for you? Overspray clear coat on my side mirrors and a new dent that was never there I noticed when I got home that night above my gas input door and I’m meticulous I know every side of my vehicle and that is new. I need to address with them and insurance

I have no complaints about the quality of the repair. The car looks great. However, I have deep concerns about the 3 weeks it took to get there compounded by the final bill that I can only describe as shocking. First of all, I strongly suggest that in the future you wait until the parts needed are in the shop before taking in a car. As for that final bill, I’m reminded of a trusted mechanic and good friend who closed up his shop after saying that today it is almost impossible for an honest mechanic to make an honest living. The Internet has allowed me to watch the skill required to replace a door skin. It’s impressive to be sure. Of course I may be wrong. I’m just an old retired public high school teacher. But this is how I feel. Everything about that final bill seems to be grossly inflated, and if it is, I’m pretty sure I will see my premiums to State Farm will be equally inflated in the months ahead.
