We specialize in collision repairs, suspension repair & replacements including wheel alignments. Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. The people there were fantastic and treated my wife and I with the utmost respect. They are the ultimate professionals and they did an excellent job in repairing and taking care of my truck. A definite 5 out of 5 stars for MS Auto Body. Mahalo nui loa Jr. and crew.

Of the work that was contracted to do, I had several concerns. The bumper and quarter panel did not match up in a smooth line. There was an offset that was not properly aligned. The paint job was not buffed and polished properly with swirling over most of rear door and back of car. The major issue was the dent and gouges on the front bumper that occurred while in the shop. The owner blew off my concerns and refused to take responsibility until USAA pressured him.

My son in law had a negative experience with this shop and I would not recommend any one else to risk using this place.

Three major things were not correct. First the body panels did not match up in their proper position. Second the paint had buff swirls on the back rear driver side panels. Third the front of the car was damaged with significant dents and gouges. Someone wrecked our car while in their shop. This was not repaired.

The owner and a worker did not take my concerns seriously. They tried to get me in my car and off their lot as quick as possible. It was not until four days later and pressure from my insurance company that progress was made to get some resolution to repairing the damage caused by their shop.
