We specialize in collision repairs, suspension repair & replacements including wheel alignments. Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. It appeared that you have a full staff of competent people in the office area. However both times I was being helped at the front desk the staff member answered the phone and left me standing while they talked to another other customer. I thought that someone else could have taken the call or the call could have been placed on hold. I would say complete satisfaction would have been one person helping me without interruption.

Matt was wonderful to work with as was the owner (forgetting his name). Van looks great! Very professional company. Very satisfied. Only hiccups in the whole process came from Farmer's Ins. here in Hawaii. Caused some delays

I really appreciate the professional service and friendly and welcoming feeling exhibited by all of your employees, from the first phone call I received just after I contacted Farmers about the accident up until the day I picked up my repaired truck. Hard to find that level of service these days. I'll be back if I ever need your services again.
