Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. I have trusted M S Auto to do my repairs and you all have came through each time. I am not good with names but the lady that took me to my vehicle was very professional. Because of her great professionalism if I have to have repair on my vehicle I will personally ask for her. I am very picky when it comes to my Jeep. And she made me feel comfortable and treated me with kindness as if it was her vehicle. Now that's what I call great customer service. Great job M S Auto and to your great staff. Staffs are friendly & I was notified on the status of the repair Only thing is that the car wasnât ready at 4:30pm as I was told by one of the staffs, and I ended up waiting about 30 min. But overall I am satisfied with MS auto and the car looks new!

Satisfied but I drought to there attention swirl marks on good but they said it will go away as washing car because paint is still soft.
