We specialize in collision repairs, suspension repair & replacements including wheel alignments. Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. I realize that in Hilo it may take longer to get an appointment to do the repair job. After the initial wait for parts, etc my repair was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you to MS auto for a great job. Also a special mahalo to Clay and Manuel for their personal service.

I asked to keep the front bumper and it wasn't until after I picked up my car and asked for it that I was informed that the bumper was cut in half to match colors. Otherwise, the team answered all of my questions and were very eager to assist me in any way possible.
