Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. I am very satisfied with the repairs on my car. If they would improve on their greeting and customer service when entering the shop, I wouldnt see any problems. I already shared my experience with family and friends and they are impressed with the repairs. I highly recommend them!

I wouldve given a 10 if I was greeted or acknowledged when entering the office, every single person was at their desk on a computer or phone and no one came up to the counter to greet us. Instead they greated from their desk. Tho upon picking up my car, the person who helped us explained about this survey and the rating scale, which we were told it was suppose to be explained when we dropped off car. This person was very nice and helpful.
