We specialize in collision repairs, suspension repair & replacements including wheel alignments. Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. From the time I went in (service tech. (Chad), was very professional and reasonable. He pointed out exactly what the problem was and how much going cost. Jahlike my insurance company….I was left in “good hands”. Malani courtesy Wahine behind da desk…..she was full of “aloha”, felt really good knowing she was helping me get my truck back. And as expected from MS auto….da best- leaving behind da rest. I said 9 cause can always improve. Like I was supposed to pick up my truck on Tuesday….but no was ready till Wednesday afta noon. MS Auto did everything professionally, efficiently, and we’re always friendly. They did a very competent and complete repair job. They informed us of every step along the way. Our car was returned to us washed, vacuumed, and sparkling clean. The repair job itself was done extremely well done.

I would recommend with the caveat that the repairs will likely take longer than projected and that they will need to check in on the status of the repairs regularly.

The communications were poor and there seemed to be confusion amongst the staff between communications with myself and my wife. Each time I called the front desk didn’t seem to know who I was or what car I was referring to. This was frustrating. Also staff were not very friendly.
