Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. With all but one of the people I dealt with they were very courteous and professional. I dealt with one woman that was not-she was curt and abrupt the first few times I spoke to her, she was a little more pleasant the last time i spoke to her. Bernie and the gentleman I worked with regarding the car were excellent though.

When picking up the vehicle, I discovered that the newly painted bumper had been damaged upon reinstallation. They had to repaint the bumper again and I had to pick up the vehicle a day later than promised.
