Our focus is to support all insurance claims and vehicle replacement (customers in rental) to minimize down time and rental expense through repair cycle time. Refinishing is another part of our specialty we use SIKKENS Auto refinishing which also comes with a manufacture warranty support directly with SIKKENS Auto Refinishing. Specializing in Insurance claims and claims process to support and correspond with your insurance company for a seamless claims and repair process. I noticed the following issues within the past week: toxic paint fumes in the car for several days, the key doesn't work in the driver's door, roaches in the car, the rear door handle is tight making the door difficult to open and drops of paint on the front driver fender. In addition, the customer service was inconsistent.
