Was a couple times my vehicle would be ready, only for delays, then I was told vehicle was ready they were detailing it and I could pick up next day. Upon arrival, my vehicle was brought out and still has the adhesive from plastic on bumper, they quickly cleaned. Before I left, I noticed there was still an old part in my back seat. I returned it to front desk.
