Pam was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. It would be hard to find another representative who is willing to provide me updates over text personally, it made my experience feel personal rather than I’m just another customer they’re trying to churn out. I give props to the shop as they are very well organized and clean. It immediately gives you the feeling you can trust them to do the right job.

Workmanship was great. The insurance company says the body shop was reason for delay in repairs. Body shop says it was the insurance company's fault . I had to keep a rental car seven days longer than expected. still attempting to be reimbursed.
