The customer service I received from Mundy's Collision Center was, in a word, exemplary! If you're looking for a body shop with a reputation for honesty, integrity, and dedicated employees, look no further. Mundy's is the place! I was mortified when someone backed into my new car (less than a year old) and slammed into my rear bumper! I was referred to Jason Mundy by an avid auto enthusiast who assured me that Jason was highly skilled in his trade and did exceptional body work. It's true! When I called and spoke with his associate, Pamela, I was frustrated, upset and my nerves were frayed. Pamela was so sympathetic and considerate as she patiently listened, explained the process of repair while simultaneously alleviating my concerns and anxiety. Next I spoke with Jason and he too was so kind and understanding, I knew I would be well taken care of. The damage to my car was extensive, however, Jason and Pamela worked diligently and in tandem, keeping me updated on the status of repair, every step of the way. After repair was completed and I picked up my vehicle, I was supremely impressed by the meticulous attention Jason, and his staff, paid to every detail of the replacement bumper, including the new sensors and blind spot detection module. They did an extraordinary job and their work was impeccable! My car was restored to sterling condition and looked as pristine as the day I drove it off the new car lot! Jason, Pamela, and staff, I sincerely thank you for the superior job you all did on my car and the many kindness and consideration you all bestowed upon me!
