I was updated often on the progress of the repair and the response or lack from the insurance company. They kepted a detailed timeline to refute the insurance denials and refusal to proceed with the repair. I appreciate they are a certified shop for my car and adhere to those standards. I told the insurance adjuster if their car got damaged in a wreck that Mundy's Collision would be where they would want to take it.
