I dont like having to chase people to give me updates on my vehicle or that they return a vehicle to you that is not properly Fixed

My vehicle is in worse driving conditions than when i dropped it off after the accident. They can't reevaluate the vehicle without me dropping it off for the day which means i have to come out of pocket for a rental and i cannot afford it at this time. Nobody has reached out to me to see if there is anything we can workout and they were notified of all the issues

Waited over a month after dropping the car off for a quote to finally get anything started. Called after a couple of weeks and was told the quote was on a stack waiting for supervisor approval. Called again a week or so later and was told it was at the insurance waiting on them. Finally called the insurance and they said they didn't receive anything. They called the shop and was told they didn't know who to submit it to. I put the insurance company and claim number on the paperwork when I brought it in. If there was any confusion then they should have called me.
