Hail damage was fixed and paint job is nice. But my car was thrown back together. She went in in better shape than I got her back. New scuff marks on front bumper. Headlights are scuffed. Headliner is creased. Lots of missing/broken clips all throughout my car that were all there and not broken or missing before. Front windows are loose and do not sit tight in the door like they’re supposed to now either. And my trunk lid was not put in correctly. Taillights are not even lined up. There’s a big gap on one side when closed and sits to close on the other side. And will eventually start rubbing the back bumper that was repaired.

Customer service was excellent, the technicians stayed late on the day of pickup to help restart the battery. While we were originally told an earlier date of pickup, and that was the expectation, the additional 2 days were worth the wait.
