The work was not great. There is a scratch on my rear door that wasn?t there when it was dropped dropped off and it looks like a small part of the bumper was not painted right I also asked them to look into a shudder in the rear wheels and that was not done either

I was so impressed by the customer service. Due to a family matter, I asked if my could be ready one day earlier than planned. Nicole was so helpful and was able to work with the Nalley team to finish my car. I am grateful for the attention I received and this experience has only reinforced my already high regard for Nalley and its customer service.

Some of the customer service was spotty. First, I never got a call of what work would be done to my car before they started, I had to call Nalley. When I called they had trouble locating what was going on with my car. Then I received two emails that May car would be done on Tuesday at 6:00pm. When I arrived at 6:00 my rep had no clue I was sent emails or where my car was in the process. The nice gal at the desk had to track it down. Then they set me to pick it up the next day, called me that morning to confirm I was coming at noon to pick it up. When I arrived they didn't know where my car was and was surprised it wasn't pulled up front...unbelievable...not a great experience.
