Overall good. We request the protective coating purchased with the car be applied to the repaired area. The service rep had not included it. We also requested that the leather on the center console be repaired. This Was also not included. The road noise is louder than before the accident. We have asked the collision department to check on this. When this was pointed out, the service rep seemed willing to correct the issues. It remained to be seen how well the collision center takes care of these items.
