Beautiful work completed in an unbelievably short time! Your repaid techs are master artists in disguise. Very fair price--far less than I had imagined after that creep sideswiped me and my wife--and kept going!

I had an overall great experience. Car looks great. All contact with the shop was very pleasant and the shop itself has a very comfortable waiting area. My only complaint was they called to let me know the car was ready and when I arrived the license plate was missing. This was not their fault at all. When it was towed to their shop, the plate was already off of the car. However, I was not aware of this. It would have been very nice if they had told me that before I drove almost an hour to get my car. Again, not their fault at all. But would have been a very nice extra customer service detail. Because obviously I couldn’t drive the car off the site without a license plate. Just wish they had checked in with me regarding the tag before I came to pick up just in case I didn’t have it (which I didn’t). Other small complaint was again related to communication. I had no idea I would be able to leave my rental car at their shop so brought someone with me to pick up my vehicle (twice due to license plate issue). Would have been so nice to have been told I could leave my rental at their shop so I did not go to the trouble of finding someone to come with me both times I went to pick up my vehicle. Such an easy thing to communicate and would have made a huge difference for us, but again, no one mentioned this to me.

Communication was excellent except in one minor respect. When ‘Jessica was out of the office there was no one to cover for her and my efforts to reach her to find out if I needed to return my rental car before I left town, based on when my car would be ready, I couldn’t find out until much later in the afternoon, when time was of the essence. I was leaving town. Anyway, overall, it was an excellent experience, and a spectacular job at Repair.

When the adjuster suggest that I take my car there. I made a phone call to Nalley they had my car towed. Everyone from that point were very professional.Jessica kept me update with everything they were doing to my car.Thanks Jessica for everything.
