Having worked in the business for over 20 years, Andrew is known for his personable disposition and stellar customer service, and Cris is a master of his art in painting and collision repair work. The Gold Class recognition indicates that our technicians are trained in the proper repair techniques and procedures that contribute to the complete and safe repair of your vehicle. As a Gold Class shop, we require each of our technicians involved in collision repair to take ongoing training every year. After a concrete pillar in a parking garage jumped out and dented the door of my brand-new Maverick, I took it to Napoleon Auto Body. They estimated a 5-day turnaround (Monday to Friday) and hit the deadline perfectly, even calling Thursday with a status update. By Friday evening, the truck looked brand new again. Aside from the great work, their reputation speaks for itself. My cousin’s son, a former GEICO insurance adjuster in Central NJ, independently recommended them. Then, the Enterprise rental attendant in Flemington echoed the same thing, calling Andrew a "great guy" and highly recommending the shop. You can trust these guys with your vehicle!
