Having worked in the business for over 20 years, Andrew is known for his personable disposition and stellar customer service, and Cris is a master of his art in painting and collision repair work. We stay connected with our customers throughout every step of the repair process, and ensure their vehicle is returned to them looking as if it was never in an accident. The Gold Class recognition indicates that our technicians are trained in the proper repair techniques and procedures that contribute to the complete and safe repair of your vehicle. As a Gold Class shop, we require each of our technicians involved in collision repair to take ongoing training every year. This includes classes on new vehicle technologies and the latest repair techniques.

Napoleon Auto Body repaired my car after an incident with a deer. Andrew kept me up to date with every step pertaining to my vehicle. Very personable and very professional! I will certainly be using their services again in the future and recommending them to my friends and family. Truth be told, I'd probably give them an 11 out of 10 if I could because they went above and beyond to take care of my car.

I am very happy with the work that the done to my truck. It never looked better. They kept me informed along the way, on the progress and when the completion date would be. They were always there to answer my questions, and the work was done on time and I am completely satisfied with their workmanship and their customer service.
