Having worked in the business for over 20 years, Andrew is known for his personable disposition and stellar customer service, and Cris is a master of his art in painting and collision repair work. We stay connected with our customers throughout every step of the repair process, and ensure their vehicle is returned to them looking as if it was never in an accident. The Gold Class recognition indicates that our technicians are trained in the proper repair techniques and procedures that contribute to the complete and safe repair of your vehicle. As a Gold Class shop, we require each of our technicians involved in collision repair to take ongoing training every year. This includes classes on new vehicle technologies and the latest repair techniques.

They were excellent. Their efforts to please were much appreciated, even though I had to wait for parts. However waiting for parts was beyond their control.

I thought their customer care was quite good. Much better than other collision venders. Was pleased with their response & returned calls, despite being a bit of a pest. Guy was on top of everything. They r lucky to have Guy working with them. He was a pleasure to deal with and is a definite asset to the business.
