We work with most major insurance companies and are I-Car certified approved. The auto body shop you bring your car to is your choice, not your insurance company's. You can bring your car to us and we will handle everything with your insurance company for a hassle free repair. My car was ready and picked up on Tuesday Jan 5. Although Nashua collision is a preferred shop for MetLife and my initial paperwork and customer service experience was good, unfortunately the repairs were very poor quality. They released the car and I paid the deductible to them but I will be sending the car back to the shop Today , January 7, so they can fix it properly again. Some of the issues: Paint/clear coat drip very visible Dents/cracks are still very visible on bottom corner of door
