I was initally not happy with the new bumper cover that was used because it didn't fit properly. It was not an OEM bumper cover. The shop was just following protocol of my insurance company, in which they opt for the cheaper route if possible. In this case, an aftermarket, non-OEM bumper cover was used. I addressed the issue with the shop, and without hesitation they agreed to order the OEM bumper cover to rectify the issue. I had to leave the car there for a day, and the shop paid for a rental for me to use. This was on their dime since my claim was officially closed out. When I picked up my car after they finsihed painting and installing the OEM bumper cover, everything was perfect. Also, without detailing the circumstances, there was a possibility that I would've had to pay my $500 deductible (even though I shouldn't have to), and when I picked up the vehicle I was initially going to be charged the $500, but the shop worked it out with my insurance company and I ended up not having to pay it. They provide exceptional customer service. I'm happy with the work and services from this body shop and would use them again if I ever needed body work done on my vehicle.
