They we very nice and thorough in fixing my car. They found a lot of extra damage that took more time but made sure it was fixed right. The Lady at the main desk was very sweet and is really helpful with getting people rental cars.

Repair but the time frame was way longer that expected. I had to call them because they didn’t call me when I was told I was going to be called. Accident in February. Repair in April

Was told 2 weeks I was going to receive a call when I could bring my vehicle in. I had to call 3 weeks after. Reception seemed annoyed that I called. Scheduled me more than 2 weeks from that date. Waited 6 weeks for my appointment. Didn’t receive phone call till it was we completed 2 weeks later. No update during anytime.
