Did a great job on repair but I was never informed of why it was taking significantly longer than the 10 days I was told it would take. A phone call as to why or that it would be longer would’ve been appreciated, I had to call myself to ever find anything out.

Nelson Amaya’s Collision Center is and should be responsible for our hail damage when our car was in there possession when repairing our car from an earlier auto accident… Nelson had no right to call our insurance carrier State Farm and attempt to make a claim for the hail damage that occurred when he was in possession; not honest business practice, should only be calling his insurance carrier Liberty Mutual and not our insurance carrier to report this hail incident and make a claim….. Nelson Amaya’s Collision Center owner Nelson stated to my wife and I his insurance policy has Garage Keepers -Direct Damage, then our hail damage should be covered then by Nelson Amaya’s Collision Center,…Very very very DISSATISFIED with Nelson Amaya’s Collision Center ; very unprofessional and not honest with my wife and I !!!!

I'm satisfied of course with the work. I know it took a while because of the difficulty getting parts. I was disappointed w my car not being as clean as I thought it would be. There are still blood stains from the deer that I hit. I'm not sure what I was supposed to expect.
