Our experience was beyond satisfied. I spoke with Nelson & explained our 19 year old who goes to colllege there was handling this & a bit nervous. He said he would handle it himself to make sure she got the best possible care. He did exactly that & communicated with her every step of the way. The work was done to perfection too. I really appreciate his handling of this.

Very impressed with the repair of my Charger. It looks beautiful!! Was pleased that you sent me photos prior to seeing the car. Also, very understanding since I had to get my daughter in law to come make my payment and allowed her to pick up my keys.
