Repair went smoothly from first call for an appointment to drop off for repairs to pick up when ready. Amaya's personnel were all friendly and professional. I will recommend them to friends and family and if ever in need of a body shop again, I'll definitely return.

The "new" trim piece that was installed on the "new" number had broke clips and wasnt properly installed. They mentioned nothing about this until I pointed it out. I specifically asked them to save my parts, instead they threw everything away. They tried to gaslight me and say the ball joint and u-joints I had installed less that 50k miles ago were bad and the failure was not caused by the accident. Other than this, they did replace the parts they were supposed to and got my truck back on the road.

Work was half assed. Bumper not aligned, trim prices had broken clips and hanging loose. Front axle vent was loose and broken. Power steering fluid was empty after they replaced the steering gear.

They communicated, but couldn't ever really give me an estimated time for completion. I asked them to do several things, like saving my old parts, and submitting a supplemental to my insurance which they did not after saying they would.

I was totally impressed and actually surprised at the efficiency of the repair job by Nelson-Amaya! They did not only do a first-rate job of repairing the dented area but when we picked up the car, the WHOLE CAR was sporting a beautiful seal-coat finish that looked show-room quality! We would recommend this company to everyone without hesitation or reserve! Excellent Job!!!
