When I came to pick my car up after the repair, the area of the repair hadn’t been cleaned leave putty on the fender that still looked like scratches. We rubbed some of the putty off to see if there were marks under it. At inspection there were rough remains of the repair on the edge of the wheel well which are to be sanded or rubbed off on my next visit to the dealership.

My low score reflects the 18 month wait & probably the poor quality of staff during that period, as I was told none of those personnel are working there now.

It was a comedy of errors, starting in May of 2022, finally got scheduled Nov of 2023. Apparently I was “lost” in a computer switch over. I checked in several times during the 18 months, with the response, “ waiting for parts” & finally was told “we will call you when all the parts are in”…NEVER GOT A CALL! Finally connected with Leeman in October 2023 and he got the ball rolling.
