The owner, his wife, and employees were great. Our only reason for a 9/10 is because it took longer than estimated to get our vehicle back, though it was the insurance’s hoops they had to jump through that caused this. Additionally, it doesn’t appear that our hood aligned perfectly as it did before the accident.
