Located on east Highway 92 just a couple blocks west of Combee Rd, we've had the honor and privilege of serving all of Polk County and the surrounding areas. In 20 years we have repaired and painted over 18,000 vehicles. We have maintained and "A" Rating with the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. An extimate of repair time is given but there should be more communication as to the stage in repair and when the vehicle will be ready to be picked up. This is specially helpful when a rental is being used. This will avoid having to keep the rental for the weekend because the shop is closed.

The quality of repair was top notch and the communication from before I even got to the lobby, while I was waiting at home and driving the rental, as well as picking up, was superb. The damaged areas look brand new... Fresh off the 1999 Honda assembly line or actually even better. I wish I could say the same for the rest of my car haha. My only nitpicks was the beetles, moths, and dust that found their way into the back seat of my car during whatever the process was, as well as the lingering paint smell inside my car that hasn't left yet after 4 days. While it is somewhat of a lemon, I keep my interior pretty clean so that came as a shock. Regardless, if I had other body repair issues I could afford, I would definitely consider returning to New Age Auto, even if this trip was on the other accident insurance policy holder's bill.
