Located on east Highway 92 just a couple blocks west of Combee Rd, we've had the honor and privilege of serving all of Polk County and the surrounding areas. In 20 years we have repaired and painted over 18,000 vehicles. We have maintained and "A" Rating with the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. We are a preferred vendor for many fleet companies, dealerships, as well as a number of insurance companies. I greatly appreciate their attention to what concerned me. They were very thorough and my Sion drives and looks like a dream. It took longer, but it wasn't their doing. A part came in damaged. Another was on national backorder. I'm SO GLAD they insisted on perfection. I'm vehicle knowledge impaired, but they made sure I had a car I could count on and not worry about anything.

Really poor work. Paint has massive drips and runs, as well as lots of defects on the surface. Sanding marks are also clearly visible on the repainted panels. Damage to interior trim and some personal items also occurred during the repair

One of the managers told me he would take care of me and would call me when he had a time slot available. However, during the initial repairs, there was only a single status update, and I suspect it was prompted by the insurance company calling them.
